WR Reed suspended for Oklahoma game

Texas Tech junior wide receiver and key special teams player L.A. Reed has been suspended for the Oklahoma game Saturday because of a violation of team rules, coach Mike Leach said.
Reed's status will be reviewed after he completes his one-game suspension.
Leach didn't specify why Reed was suspended. Reed did have an altercation with fellow Tech receiver Eric Morris near the end of the first quarter of Saturday's 59-43 loss at Texas.
